Anonymous asked:
I really need your help!!! I am so fat I’ve gained at least 15 lbs back from binging, I am so fat, I’m absolutely disgusted by myself. I need to lose at least 10 lbs until the end of June :( Please help me I want to go back to the body I loved to the body I felt confortable in. I just feel so trapped inside all this fat. I can’t believe I let myself get this way. and believe me I don’t have a disordered body image I LOOK FAT. please help :( what should I do?

General tips from me:
- Cardio is crucial 5-6 days a week. There are many types of cardio such as: running, biking, swimming, jump rope, dancing, Zumba, hiking, hooping, skiing, rowing, elliptical trainer, etc. Anything that gets your heart rate up and basically makes you break a sweat! ;)
- Strength training is also important! I don’t want to hear about being worried about “bulking up”. Lifting weights will not cause you to look a male bodybuilder. Gaining lean muscle can help you look slimmer, and muscle burns more calories than fat. Wouldn’t you rather be tight and toned than squishy?
- I don’t care how tall, short, skinny or fat you are. Eat 1,300+ calories a day. Watch THIS VIDEO from Blogilates to find out exactly how many calories you should be eating though!
- Drink water and tea, no more soda. As for other beverages, check for added sugar.
- Give yourself a treat everyday so you don’t binge. A brownie isn’t going to kill you or hinder your progress.
- If you binge, drink lots of water and do not restrict your calories in hopes of “erasing the binge”. Get back to your clean eating the next time you’re hungry, and let go of the guilt.
- Don’t focus on the number on the scale. Take measurements, progress pictures or just look in the mirror! Read about by the scale is unreliable here.
- You can not out-exercise a bad diet. You won’t see changes in your body if you don’t make changes in the kitchen.
- WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, KEEP GOING
- And remember, you’re stronger than you think.
