my four post-shower essentials :) skincare is everything!
breakfasts - fruit smoothie, fruit salad.
morning tea - Greek yogurt with chopped nuts/honey/frozen berries/coconut chips/chia seeds.
Lunches - toasted mountain bread wrap with left overs/cucumber/tomato/hummus/pepper/chicken/feta/pesto sauce.
tuna salad with cucumber/feta/mint/lemon…
coffee and olive oil: mix coffee and olive oil into a paste and massage into stretch marks for 5 minutes. Then take a hot towel and wrap around the area for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water, dry and apply cocoa butter moisturizer. Do this 3 times a week for fast results.
